This past Friday, I had the pleasure of working with local lifestyle model, Leslie Fox. What a fun time we had working with Makeup Artist, Stephen Mee and roaming around downtown building her agency portfolio. Here are some of my favorite images from our session. I think they remind us all that you don't need to be under 25 to get some fabulous images.
Monday night I dragged a car full of equipment across town. It's not often I get a shoot start time of 8pm, but I can tell you it was well worth it. It was an absolute joy to shoot a commercial set at Born this Way Body Arts (off of Middlebrook Pike in West Knoxville). I cannot thank owners April Thomas and Bryan Thomas enough for having me and going all out for a great commercial set. I want to also thank staff members Mariella Buddle, Emily Walker, and Tyler McClure for being such good sports and doing whatever I asked. I walked in with a distinct vision of what I wanted to get out of the location and the staff, and boy did they all deliver. Let me say a special thanks to Payton Poteet for doing makeup for the lovely ladies of Born this Way (and for powdering down a shiny Bryan), and last but not least, thank you, Noel Zitawi for styling all that great hair. If you're in the market for a tattoo or piercing, I cannot recommend Born this Way Body Arts enough. Here are some of my favorite images from our set.
After a couple of year hiatus from modeling, I had the opportunity to shoot with the fabulous Morgan Brooke McCarty this past week. We did a full commercial fashion portfolio session in Downtown Knoxville. The results, as always, were stunning. Here are my favorites from our set.
Last week I had a blast working with the folks from Monster Tower, a company that sells boat towers and accessories. We met before down and put 5 boats on the water, including the chase boat. I want to give special thanks to Steve, Amanda, and especially Brandon of Monster Tower for getting me exactly what I needed to make this a great shoot. Here are some of my favorite images from this shoot.
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of shooting with local model, Lena Roxanne Bradford for the very first time. We got a great set of clouds and a gorgeous morning on the lake. Truthfully, there were so many gorgeous photos, it was hard to choose my favorites. Here are the ones I settled on.
Saturday morning, I was all set to shoot a sunrise session in my favorite location for sunrises. I had the perfect model, and the weather was breaking in our favor, and then we arrived at the location and there was a charity dragon boat race scheduled. Guh! So, after two quick runs down Northshore Drive, we found the perfect location and the weather broke just enough for a brilliant colored sunrise. The model featured in this session is Shelby Lindsey, and this was our second shoot. I want to thank Jody West (and Shelby) for waking up well before the crack of dawn to get this done. You both, as always, are fabulous. Here are some of my favorite images from the shoot.
Had a great time this weekend shooting a sunrise, "Fun in the Sun" session with three lovely models: Brenna Bentley, Danna Lee, and Candi Houston Perez. Here are some of my favorite images from our shoot.
Over the past few days, I've been fleshing out a new process and a new seri…
