Glamour...what is glamour? Glamour is taking a beautiful woman and placing her on the best set, in the best clothes, in the best light to create the most beautiful image of that woman possible.That's glamour.

Glamour isn't about sex, but it can be provocative. Glamour isn't about nudity. Glamour is about the tantalizing tease - that image that begs the viewer to ask for more, but doesn't give it away. Glamour is about sensuality and eyes and longing looks, more than it is about the body. Glamour is my favorite form of photography, because I get to show a woman just how beautiful she really is.

It's for those reasons, that I take my glamour work seriously. There's no blurry line. We are in the studio to make images that make people stare - that make mouths fall open - images that "wow" their audience. If you work with me and listen, we will get the very best images I can make.

A Glamour Session can be shot in the studio or on location. It usually lasts 1-2 hours, and involves 3-5 outfit changes.

My glamour sessions are very similar to the fashion shoots you've seen on television. We work together to select the best outfits and then I'll direct you through the shoot. No experience in front of the camera is necessary. In fact, most of the models in my portfolio have no modeling experience at all.

Booking Fee

Session booking is important. When I book a session, no one else can book that time or date. For that reason, I require that 50% of your total fee in advance of your session. The fee will be applied to the total cost of your Glamour Session. This fee reserves my time, and is non-refundable. If for any reason, I must reschedule your session, no additional deposit will be required. The remainder of your total fee is due on the date of your glamour session, before work begins. A La Carte Session require first hour in advance to hold date.

Out of Town and Destination Sessions

I have photographed models as far away as Kingston, Ontario, and I love to travel. However, I do require that all travel expenses (including accommodations/meals if necessary) are prepaid for trips in excess of 50 miles of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Package and Print Prices

Package prices are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. However, pricing locked in by contract and deposit will not change. Print Pricing is based on lab printing cost and is subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

Who will shoot your Glamour Session?

Plain and simple. Andy Armstrong will shoot your session personally.

Age Requirements

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in a Glamour Session. You must provide proof of age (driver's license or birth certificate) before a session can begin.

Nudity

Nudity is never required or expected during a Glamour Session, but will be accomodated if requested by the model. If you wish to shoot a nude session, please make your request known before the day of your Glamour Session. Additional preparation and precautions are necessary to protect your interests and mine during a nude shoot.

Hair and Makeup

I do not provide hair stylists or makeup artists for Glamour Sessions. If you wish to have your makeup professionally applied or hair professionally styled. I suggest you plan to do this before a session. If you are not sure of stylists in the area, I can make recommendations.

Guests and/or Chaperones

You may bring up to two (2) guests or chaperones for your Glamour Session. Guests and chaperones may not interfere with the shoot in any way and are asked to remain quiet during the session. If guests or chaperones interfere, the session will be cancelled immediately and your booking fee will be forfeited.
